Hurricane Ike Information

All of the U•Store•It properties in the greater Houston area that were affected by Hurricane Ike are open for business. We experienced power outages and both phone and data communications outages for several days, and the recovery in the area has been steady. We are pleased to report that all of our property staffs are safe and we had no reported injuries from the storm.

Since we do not have access to individual customer storage units, we cannot verify the condition of individual units. We suggest that customers arrange for a personal visit to the property where you are storing as soon as possible to inspect the condition of your unit’s contents.
